		<description>I have exactly the same problem, it is a motherboard issue, by default Dell replace the motherboard and CPU when this arises!

This article perfectly explains everything that I am experiencing.

		<description>The only three things I could reasonably predict the problem to be are:

#1. There's something wrong with the SOCKET of the PCI or RAM modules.

#2. Mayhaps something really IS wrong with the motherboard?

#3. It was just something wrong with the light, and there was no problem after all.



Uh, and I wouldn't kick yourself too much. I get called "ma'am" on the phone incessantly.</description>
