Actually, the reason is probably thus: some days I have lots of free time, so I write a bunch of blog posts at once. Then, using a WordPress feature, I set the posts to publish themselves in the future. Just so that readers don't have 5 posts on one day and then none for the entire week. However, this might result in news items being a couple of days old.

But hey, it means I come up high on the Technorati list when people are searching for a story a few days after it breaks. ;-)</description>
